#1 I'm looking into is the issues of minors in the possesion/consumption of alcohol or drugs, and how police respond to such issues. How can a police officer find proof of the infraction? What procedures are legal and what is not during questioning? How does a minor, such as an undergrad at WSU, avoid self-incrimination?
#2 I want to look into is the issue of Guantanamo Bay. President Obama has publicly announced his plan to shut down the facility due to unethical interrogation. Does the US government have the power to interrogate unlawfully in order to 'protect' the nation?
